Our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors

At Impact North West Schools, we believe that creating a safe, inclusive and respectful community is everyone's responsibility.

Our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors play an important role in promoting positive relationships, celebrating diversity and helping to create a culture where everyone feels valued, heard and supported.

Our ambassadors are students who have volunteered and received training to support the school's anti-bullying work. They work alongside staff, the Anti-Bullying Lead, pastoral teams and their peers to raise awareness, promote kindness and ensure student voice remains at the heart of our anti-bullying approach.

Meet Our Anti-Bullying Team

Information about our current Anti-Bullying Ambassadors, Anti-Bullying Lead and support team can be found on our Anti-Bullying Displays within school.

Our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors embody our school values:

READY

Ready to listen, support others and make a positive difference within our school community

RESPECTFUL

SAFE

Helping to create an environment where all young people feel safe, supported and able to thrive

What Do Our Ambassadors Do?

Our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors:

  • Attend Anti-Bullying Ambassador training and development sessions

  • Contribute to Anti-Bullying Steering Group meetings and student voice activities

  • Help raise awareness of bullying and how to report concerns

  • Promote kindness, inclusion and respectful relationships

  • Support whole-school campaigns and awareness events, including Anti-Bullying Week

  • Help develop student-led ideas, displays and awareness projects

  • Encourage peers to seek support from trusted adults when needed

  • Promote a culture where everyone feels safe, respected and included

Whilst our ambassadors play an important role in promoting positive relationships, they are not responsible for investigating or resolving bullying incidents. Any concerns are always reported to and managed by appropriate members of staff.

Student Voice Matters

Student voice is central to our anti-bullying work.

Our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors meet regularly with the Anti-Bullying Lead to discuss student experiences, review anti-bullying initiatives and contribute ideas that help improve school culture. Their views help shape our anti-bullying priorities, awareness campaigns and future developments.

Through the Anti-Bullying Steering Group, ambassadors havethe opportunity to influence positive change and ensure that the voices of young people are represented within our school's anti-bullying strategy.
